By downloading, accessing, or using MendWise ("App") you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Lukasz Pawlowski ("we", "us", "our").
MendWise provides AI-powered suggestions to help diagnose and address household repairs, home maintenance issues, and automotive problems. The App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, or safety advice.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe for your specific context, tools, or skill level. MendWise does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any repair guidance. You are solely responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
Login is required to use the App. You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account with others.
Free plans include a limited number of AI interactions (currently 3 free AI repairs). Attempts to circumvent limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts) are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Paid features are offered via in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing and Apple App Store, managed through RevenueCat. Subscription prices, billing cycles, trial terms, and renewal conditions are displayed in the App before purchase. Refunds are governed by the applicable store policies (Google Play / Apple App Store).
We retain all rights in the App and associated content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, property damage, or personal injury — arising from use of the App or reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for suspected abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU law. Courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
